Family Counseling
Family Counseling at NALA Mindspace is designed to help families build healthier communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their emotional bonds. Whether you are facing challenges in parenting, sibling dynamics, or intergenerational relationships, our sessions provide a safe and supportive space to share perspectives and find solutions together. With guidance from a clinical psychologist, family members can learn new ways of understanding each other, managing emotions, and creating a more harmonious home environment.
Each Family Counseling session runs for 90 minutes (basic format) and can be conducted either online or offline. New clients will first receive an intake assessment to explore the family’s main concerns. After each session, clients will be provided with a session summary, learning materials, and optional worksheets to support continued progress at home.
