Aside from her role as a psychologist, Shierlen wears another hat as an HR Manager in the banking industry; proof that she’s just as comfortable talking about people’s growth as she is about developing organization. At the core, what drives her is helping others unlock their potential, whether in the workplace or life beyond it. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her with a book in hand, scribbling down reflections to share on Instagram @shierlenholmes, or hopping on a plane to explore new cultures (while attempting to master Mandarin and Japanese along the way). She’s also the friend who always orders the spiciest dish on the menu and the happiest being outdoors. Her passion for the profession sparked in high school and continues to be the thread tying all her journeys together.
